Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Ponte Vedra's commercial space skews new and small — flex bays and light industrial units built alongside the residential growth in Nocatee and along CR-210. The buildings are clean and tall, but they usually come as an empty shell with no racking at all.
Jacksonville Pallet Rack helps Ponte Vedra businesses turn that shell into working storage. We take your pallet sizes, lift equipment, and clear height, and come back with a CAD layout showing exactly how many pallet positions the space holds — plus an itemized quote you can put in front of a landlord or a lender.
New flex space rewards vertical thinking. Many of these units have far more usable height than the tenant assumes, and the difference between a two-level and a four-level system is often just knowing the sprinkler clearance and load ratings you have to work with.
The operations here tend to be lighter and higher-value — medical devices, assembly kits, recreation goods — which usually points toward selective pallet rack with carton flow or shelving in the pick zone rather than deep bulk storage.
We size the system to the products you handle today and leave room to add levels or rows as volume grows, so the first buildout does not become the ceiling.
Because our team covers all of Northeast Florida from one location, you get the same design and installation crew whether this is a six-bay project or a full building.
Serving warehouses around the CR-210 and Nocatee commercial corridor.

The process starts with a conversation about the operation: what you store, how it is packaged, how many SKUs you pick from daily, what lift equipment you own or plan to buy, and the clear height available under the lowest obstruction.
Our design team turns that into a CAD layout with bay spacing, beam elevations, aisle widths, and total pallet positions, paired with an itemized quote broken out by steel, freight, and installation.
For a new buildout we will usually show the layout at two densities — one sized for current volume and one sized for where you expect to be in two years — so you can decide how much to install now and what to phase in later.
Installation includes anchoring frames, leveling beams, setting wire decking, adding row spacers and column protection, and capacity-tagging every bay. Most flex-unit installs finish in one to three days.
After that we handle added levels, extra rows, replacement components, and relocation if you move into a larger building.
We start with a conversation about your warehouse — pallet sizes and weights, forklift type, clear height, and how product moves through the building day to day.
Our design team draws the layout showing how many pallet positions your building holds, plus beam elevations, aisle widths, and an itemized quote — usually within days.
Selective, push back, drive-in, pallet flow, carton flow, or cantilever. We recommend the system that fits how you operate rather than a single default spec.
You approve the layout, we order the steel, and our crew installs it anchored, leveled, labeled, and capacity-tagged — phased so your operation keeps receiving.
