Once you approve, we order steel and set a delivery schedule that matches your dock availability. Crews anchor frames, level and lock beams, install wire decking, place row spacers, add column and end-of-aisle protection, and capacity-tag every bay.
Large buildings get installed in phases — one section racked and released for use while the next goes up — so a new tenant can start receiving before the whole floor is finished.
After the install we stay on for added rows, beam elevation changes, replacement components, teardown, and relocation.
