Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Green Cove Springs has real industrial space — the Reynolds park and the riverfront facilities carry the kind of heavy, oversized inventory most warehouses never see. Marine parts, fabricated steel, aviation components: little of it arrives on a standard 48 by 40 pallet.
Jacksonville Pallet Rack builds warehouse racking around that reality. We spec upright and beam capacity from your heaviest loads, add cantilever where product is too long for a pallet bay, and provide a CAD layout with the pallet position count and an itemized quote before any steel is ordered.
Heavy and oversized inventory is unforgiving of an undersized system. Capacity ratings, deck selection, and anchoring matter far more here than in a light dry-goods building.
We rate the system from your worst-case load rather than an average, and we specify decking and pallet supports to match. Where product will not sit on a pallet at all, cantilever arms handle it without an upright column in the way.
The buildings in the Reynolds park and along the riverfront vary widely — some with generous clear height, others older with tight column grids. We draw the layout against your actual building rather than a standard bay template.
One team handles the design, the steel, the installation, and the parts calls afterward, which matters when a single damaged upright can shut down a bay line.
Serving warehouses around the Reynolds Industrial Park area along the St. Johns River.

The process starts with load data and dimensions. We want the weight of the heaviest unit, the footprint of the largest, how it is handled, and what clear height is available in each bay line of the building.
From there our design team produces a CAD layout showing rack type by zone, beam elevations, aisle widths sized to your equipment, and the total pallet position count. The itemized quote separates steel, freight, and installation.
Where the mix calls for it, the layout combines systems — pallet rack for palletized goods, cantilever for long or oversized stock, and heavy-duty decking or pallet supports where loads concentrate.
Installation crews anchor frames, level and lock every beam, set decking, install row spacers, add column and end-of-aisle protection in traffic lanes, and tag each bay with its rated capacity so your operators know the limits.
Afterward we remain available for added bays, arm and beam changes, replacement components, teardown, and relocation as your operation shifts.
We start with a conversation about your warehouse — pallet sizes and weights, forklift type, clear height, and how product moves through the building day to day.
Our design team draws the layout showing how many pallet positions your building holds, plus beam elevations, aisle widths, and an itemized quote — usually within days.
Selective, push back, drive-in, pallet flow, carton flow, or cantilever. We recommend the system that fits how you operate rather than a single default spec.
You approve the layout, we order the steel, and our crew installs it anchored, leveled, labeled, and capacity-tagged — phased so your operation keeps receiving.
